AutoUngate Pro Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 15, 2026
AutoUngate Pro helps Amazon sellers research product approval status, invoice requirements, and approved brands using pages available to the seller in Amazon Seller Central.
This policy explains what data AutoUngate Pro handles, how that data is used, and what choices users have.
Data AutoUngate Pro Handles
AutoUngate Pro may handle the following data when you use the extension:
- ASINs you paste into the dashboard.
- Scan results for those ASINs, including approval status, requirements, unit counts, and parser evidence.
- Brand, category, and product metadata shown by Seller Central or Amazon product pages.
- Seller Central application rows captured from your visible Seller Central application dashboard when you use Sync applications.
- Approved brand and approved ASIN records built from your scans and approved Seller Central applications.
- Product finder ASINs discovered from user-initiated approved-brand workflows.
- CSV exports you create from Product Access or approved brand data.
- Settings such as scan speed, status filters, hidden brands, and local dashboard preferences.
- Google Sign-In profile information, such as your email address, display name, and Firebase user ID, when you sign in.
- Firebase auth/session tokens needed to keep signed-in sync working.
AutoUngate Pro does not intentionally collect Amazon Seller Central passwords, Amazon MFA codes, Amazon cookies, supplier invoices or uploaded documents, payment card information, buyer/customer data, tax IDs, or bank account information.

AutoUngate Pro does not sell user data. AutoUngate Pro does not use user data for advertising, retargeting, creditworthiness, lending, or unrelated third-party marketing.
Local Storage And Cloud Sync
AutoUngate Pro is local-first. Scan data, results, approved brands, settings, and auth state are stored in Chrome extension storage on your browser.
If you sign in with Google, AutoUngate Pro can sync your data to Firebase under your signed-in user account. Firebase services used by AutoUngate Pro may include Firebase Auth for Google Sign-In, Firestore for user-scoped scan results, approved brands, and application records, and Firebase Storage for signed-in CSV export backups.
If you do not sign in, new data remains local to your browser.
Website Content
AutoUngate Pro reads content from pages involved in user-initiated workflows, including Amazon Seller Central approval/request pages, Amazon Seller Central application pages, Amazon product pages, Keepa product finder pages, and Tactical Arbitrage Reverse Search pages.
This page content is used to provide approval-status research, brand/category enrichment, approved-brand discovery, and ASIN handoff features. AutoUngate Pro does not use website content for unrelated purposes.
Third-Party Services
AutoUngate Pro may interact with these services as part of user-initiated workflows: Amazon Seller Central, Amazon.com product pages, Keepa, Tactical Arbitrage, Google Sign-In, and Firebase.
AutoUngate Pro is not affiliated with Amazon, Keepa, Tactical Arbitrage, or Threecolts.
Approval Workflow Boundaries
AutoUngate Pro does not upload invoices, submit final Amazon approval applications, bypass login, MFA, CAPTCHA, browser prompts, or Amazon policy warnings, start Tactical Arbitrage searches automatically, or guarantee Amazon approval or listing eligibility.
Users are responsible for all actions taken in Amazon Seller Central and third-party tools.
Data Sharing
AutoUngate Pro does not sell user data. AutoUngate Pro does not transfer user data for purposes unrelated to the extension’s core functionality.
AutoUngate Pro may process data through Firebase and Google services only to provide authentication, storage, and sync features selected by the user.
Support access to user data should occur only when the user explicitly provides information for troubleshooting or when required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service operations.
User Choices
Users can use AutoUngate Pro in local mode without signing in, sign in with Google to enable user-scoped Firebase sync, export their own Product Access and approved brand data to CSV, delete local extension data from Chrome extension storage, remove synced records by request or through future in-app deletion tools as they become available, and stop using the extension by uninstalling it from Chrome.
Data Security
AutoUngate Pro limits data access to the extension surfaces needed for its features. Production Firebase rules should scope user data to the signed-in Firebase user ID.
Users should not send passwords, OAuth IDs, API keys, supplier invoices, tax IDs, or screenshots containing sensitive seller account data through ordinary support channels unless a secure support process is specifically provided.
Children
AutoUngate Pro is intended for Amazon sellers and business users. It is not directed to children.
Changes To This Policy
This policy may be updated as AutoUngate Pro changes. The effective date will be updated when material changes are published.
